Symptoms of lymphoma include (but are not limited to): swollen lymph nodes (which is painless), flu-like symptoms, fever, night sweats, persistant fatigue, tiredness, weightloss, loss of appetite, itchy skin, red skin patches, enlarged spleen, enlarged liver, jaundice, anemia.
Lymphoma is difficult to diagonose without a doctors appointment so I suggest you make one immediately. Although it could be something as simple as the flu, it could also be something as serious as Hashimoto's Thyroiditis or Leukemia. So If you think you have ANY of these symptoms please go to the doctor and get it treated immediately!

I had the classic signs: weight loss, itching, night sweats, and a swollen lymph node at the base of my neck.
Best wishes
