what is the best over the counter for flu or severre cold?

had it since last week and was wondering what most of u use to get rid of it the doctor told me to give it until monday since my daughter got over it with out antibiotics and i am just a baby when i am sick please help

I like theraflu day and night - I prefer it to nyquil

If you have the flu (fever and body aches) you need to go to the doctor. If you have a cold, they are all about the same. Just ask your pharmacist what they recommend.
