Well is she having sex with all of these guys? If she isn't then it is not a big deal. She is just dating and that is not a problem.
If she is sleeping with them then you should tell her that you are worried about her and make sure that she is at the very least, practicing safe sex.
I am sure that she will not take this well coming from her brother but if you are worried then you need to tell her.

Go right up to her and put your arm around her in front of the other guy. This will differently scare him away.

My brother treats me an same. notwithstanding to me that is a foul component because he forgets I actually have breasts and treats like a boy. certain i'm a tomboy yet I even haven't any intrest in play battling.

You have to keep a hold on her.Try to make her understand,if she doesnt,give her a tight slap.Even if she doesnt understand then, leave her to her fate.
