Over the last few month I have started to get very frustrated with ms office and the direction of the new version.

I need a great contact management program/ email with a wordprocessor, a presentation package, a desktop publisher, and spreadsheets.

I checked out word perfect but the contact managment (mail) seems a little goofy.

any suggestions are appresiated, I am a realtor but do not want to work with the specific realtor packages, they are way to limited in ability.

do try openoffice.org ... no probs so far to me....
for mails and contacts.... try something else like thunderbird...

Openoffice. It has a word processor, spreadsheet program and presentation program. It even reads/writes Microsoft office formats so you can stay compatible with everyone that uses office. Its also free.
