Jaybee, doing it in the morning makes a lot of sense. Tell you why: your body is continuing to work out for the next 2 hours even after you stopped doing the exercise. This means, you have already pumped good amount of oxygen to your muscles and your brain.
You can perform better throught the day. You will feel generally better too. You feel fresh.
If you do exercise after dinner in the evening, muscle cramps may occur because your stomach is demanding a lot of blood to do its job after a meal. Your exercise will be quite sluggish. After that, if you go to sleep, since your body is still working out falling asleep might be a problem.
Yes, morning exercise after a light breakfast (a bit of rest after that) is highly recommended.

I have done both and I can honestly say, it depends on what you are looking for.
When I worked out in the morning I gained weight and mass. I ate more throughout the day and did not burn it off. I was big and bulky. That wasn't my intention but the is the results that I had.
When I worked out in the evening I was much more cut, but couldn't keep on any weight. I also had a habit of cutting my workouts short because I was usually tired after a full day. It seemed harder to get a full workout

morning or night, exercises always has its benefits. the only thing that i can suggest is to wait til after your work out to eat dinner, this way your metabolism is working at a higher pace allowing your body to burn off those calories you consume during dinner. Exercise on a full stomach is never a good idea as it forces your body to work harder, because its trying to digest food while your trying to work-out. You will find that by either waiting a hour or two after eating before exercise, or eating after your work-out - Your body will be able to work at a more productive rate.

Exercise is exercise. Morning or evening makes no difference. It may effect your ability to sleep if you work out too close to bed time, but other than that your body will respond in the same way. So getting to the gym at all is much more important than what time you go.

I think it's better to work out in the evening instead of staying or sleeping after dinner. Take good care!

You should always eat a nutritious meal right after ur workout regardless of whether ur goal is to lose weight or gain weight since your body needs them badly right after ur workout. If you dont eat it, the body will be in a catabolic state which is not wanted. If your goal is to lose weight, dont eat anything during 2-3 hrs bfore it and eat one right after that. If ur goal is to gain weight, eat 30-40 mins bfore the workout and another one right after it.
