I am hyper-punctual. If I tell someone I'll be somewhere between 8:30 and 9, I get there at 8:45 because that is literally between 8:30 and 9. If I am a minute or 2 late getting somewhere, I feel the need to apologize profusely. I am a total stickler for being on time.

It depends.. if I have to be somewhere in the morning then I'm usually rushed. If its later in the afternoon I'm usually early. For me, there just are not enough hours in the day. I'm in nursing school so I am usually up late studying and have an early class or clinical. I have actually gotten a lot better about punctuality. I have only been late to class once.. and it was only by 3 minutes.

I arrive according to who I am meeting. I can't STAND waiting.
an informal work meeting - right on the button
formal work meeting - 5 minutes early, unless I am the host, then 15 minutes early
friends who are punctual - on time
friends who are not punctual - I leave my house at the time we were to meet so I get there at the same time they do. I'm so not even kidding.
family - depends on the situation.
Always - if something holds me up and I know I will not be there on time (even 5 minutes late) I will call ahead to someone and alert them that I am delayed.

I'm nearly always punctual if not a few minutes early. I also give myself some cushion time in case I'm driving somewhere for the first time. My time is just as valuable as the other person I'm meeting.

I always arrive a bit early. Being late is the equivalent of saying what the other person is doing doesn't matter enough for you to be on time. If a problem comes up, ALWAYS call the person and tell them.

I'm always about ten minutes early.
Showing up late throws everyone off. There's a reason you're supposed to get somewhere at 12:30. Showing up at 12:15 is fine. Showing up at 12:45 means everyone either loses fifteen minutes of time to get something done or everything runs fifteen minutes late.

I am ALWAYS on time, if not early. I find it extremely rude to arrive late. And, if you must arrive late, a phone call is always necessary.
Unless of course, I'm going to a party, I arrive about 10 minutes later because it's not too fun to be the first person at a party.

Mostly early. I hate it when people are "fashionably late" and no phone call. I took the time to make sure I was on time.
Sure, I've been late before when it was unavoidable, but I always called first out of consideration for the other person.

If I can help it I am never late. I leave home early to make sure I get to work early enough to make coffee and have breakfast before my shift starts, and if necessary I am then here to start work early.
I cannot cope with being late, if I know I will be late I always phone to let people know.
