I am curious why these do not work on my friend's son. They have tried all different kinds and none of them ever stick to his skin. We were talking about this yesterday and I tried to look it up to find out why this might be--just because it seems very strange. Anybody have any ideas why they don't work on him?

I know the skin has to be cleaned...both of my kids and her daughter have all been able to use these with no problem.

maybe his skin is more oily than most poeples. Since you have to use water to get the temporary tatoos to work maybe they don't stay on cause the oil doesn't mix with the water. They make those tatoo pens, you could get a little pack of those for the kids. When I worked at a camp the kids loved those things! I'd go home with stuff drawn all over my arms and legs... it washes right off with water.

you have to clean off the spot of where you are going to put on the temporary tatto and let if dry for a couple of minutes and then simply place it on and get a wet rag and keep it pressed on there for about 30 to 45 seconds and take it off slowly then it should appear.
