me and my boyfriend just had a baby boy in oct. but unfortunately we have had a rocky relationship.when he went away to school i would drive up and visit him or get him and take him back when he wanted to come home, when i moved away he moved away with me. we break up and get back together all the time. but the bads of this realtionship are, he cheated on me while i was pregnant, he cheated on me through out our relationship, he put his hands on me once and i took out a PFA on him to teach him a lession, when he lived with me he mooched off of me so i sent him home and broke up with him, when i moved back to my home town we got back together and i got pregnant that month. i love him more than i ever thought i could ever love someone and he obviously loves me too but i dont trust him.but since he was there for my labor he changed for the good, but then i went thru his phone cuz i dont trust him and he let me know he took my ring back, which i didnt knw he was goin to propose christmas.

Your belief:
if u love someone, let him go..but he came back and changed for good so he's yours forever...totally changed.
the truth:
if you love someone, let him go. if he comes back, that doesn't mean a d*mn thing cause he can always leave you and make a fool of you again later. in the first place he shouldn't have fooled you before--if he really loves you right?

You don't trust him. He doesn't trust you. You don't have anything to base a relationship on except a child. You aren't going to make it and you arn't doing the kid any favors, either.

sounds complicated
if you like him and he likes you, maybe its worth a try, maybe some couples therapy would help.
some couples can sort bond and mind meld I think, then they always have each other there anyway
