No software is 100 % accurate - some programme requires you to train the programme - pls search in website of www.download.com

Speech recognition software requires you to use it frequently so that it can 'learn' your speech tecnhiques. This can take several months to perfect. Vista is supposed to include a more advanced speech recognition software, but I haven't tried it.

softwares r not error free, but in some controllable context it can provide u the best help.
