Any fluoride toothpaste you like. The flavours and textures are a personal choice.
Every year there are new toothpastes on the market which are supposedly better than those of the year before. It's all marketing.
It's about how you brush and floss rather than any particular brand.
I don't promote any particular brand over another to my patients. However, I might be persuaded by some kickbacks... any toothpaste reps out there? Just joking.

Any that aren't abrasive! Those are the ones that can cause damage to the enamel and erosion of the tissue. You can use them occasionally but not all the time. So we usually recommend Crest or Colgate and for those with sensitive teeth, Sensodyne. You can always tell what a dentist recommends by which sample they give you at your cleaning. If they don't give you any (ask why!) ask which they prefer. Those are the three we use and recommend. Hope I was of some help.

relies upon on what's mandatory for the affected person and what the dentist prefers. ordinarily it is very own determination. in many circumstances the dentist cautioned in those commercials is by the fact the dentist gets loose samples and provides them to sufferers. Er ego dentist cautioned.
