Need to be a lot more specific. Exercise to some is running, walking, biking, swimming, etc. However exercise to others is weight lifting or sports-specific training.

If you are trying to burn fat, then exercise (i.e. run, walk, etc.) first thing in the morning on a empty stomach to put your body in a fat burning mode after your 6-8 hour fast. The fast I am referring to is your night of sleep.

If your idea of exercising is weight-lifting or sports-specific training I would recommend having breakfast first with a good amount of simple and complex carbohydrates, protein, with a moderate amount of essential fatty acids. This will give you the energy to keep performance levels high in a demanding situation like.

Depends on ur goal. If you are trying to lose fat, exercise on an empty stomach and eat a nutritious meal right after it.... the idea is that ur body will resort to burning fat as a fuel since there is nothing in ur stomach ..thus, you will lose weight. But, if your goal is different, you should eat a meal high in both protein and carbs with some vegetables 30-40 mins bfore workout and another meal right after the exercise.

Brekky first. A small rest to let the digestion do its job and then exercise. If you do exercise right away you will get muscle cramps. This is because blood is rushing to your stomach after eating and not enough supply is available to muscles at least temporarily.

you probably don't want to exercise on a full stomach, but you do want to have a small high fiber snack to get you going - a whole wheat english muffin or a banana works well for me. Then you can have another small breakfast snack afterwards.

I drink water first thing in the morning and then exercise. Sometimes I drink some orange juice. But I think you are supposed to do it w/ an empty stomach. If you do it first then you have to wait a certain amount of time before you can exercise.

A small ammount of breakfeast, then a little bit of water, then excersie. Then wash ur face and neck after u excersie because you dont want to look sweaty or get pimples [yes, u can get pimples from sweating too much if u dont wash afterwards].

Then finish it off with more water....
