Hi I have hyperthyroidism commonly know as GRAVES decease and to be honest with you, you should really consult your doctor before going ahead with any other medication even vitamin's having a thyroid condition affects every organ in the body and can generally make you feel rather unwell so its always best to be sure, hyperthyroidism is a little different from yours but its always best to check before going ahead, omega 3 oils are very good for your body and I cant see why your doctor would object, you can still receive the recommended required amount of oil in fish eating 3 time a week which would be better for your health all round, that is unless you have reactions to fish but then you wouldn't be able to take the oil talk it over with your doctor first for the best advise, good luck and take care of yourself

I would consult your Dr or your local pharmacist. While eating fish gives you a small dose of omega, which is fine. I'm not sure if you can/want to take a steady dose of it since your most likely taking medication. Do a little research from a professional before you start.

It should be fine, but in doubt ask your doctor. I take essential fatty acids every day and I'm hypothyroid. I take it at a different time though than my Armour thyroid. Thyroid med should be taken separately from other supplements or medications
