I do cardio and ab exercises (crunches)regularly. It's even worse when i'm sitting than when i'm standing.

You can lose all of your weight and you will probably still have hanging skin. Trust me I had twins and this is a big problem after child birth. Just try to diet and save up for a tummy tuck that is what I am going to do someday. Two of my friends have had them and they look great.

I know the cure it sounds crazy but it works Yves rocher has a great "Flat ab cream" you need to use it for a month though and its about $40/BOTTLE DONT WORRY OFTEN THEY HAVE 50% off on their products its a bit expensive but worth it

I have this Tae Bo video with Billy Blanks, and the whole time he talks about 'trimmng' instead of 'toning' for your belly.
We sit in an upright squat position, put our fists up, and twist.
It trims, and then you can tone later.

It happened with my daughter too. The docs have said pretty much just a tummy tuck will fix it (exercise and diet hasn't fixed mine almost 4 years later).
Good luck. If you just had your daughter, maybe it will tighten up soon. But if it's been a couple months..then I dunno.
