my friends is positive in hepatities b..she had sex with her bf..is it possible that his bf will be positive too though it was vaccinated with taht infected disease?

It depends, is your friend infective ( + HBeAg, high HBV DNA) or not? Also, when was the boyfriend vaccinated? Has he had his booster shot? Does he already have antibodies to HBV? The answer to your question can be a yes or a no.

I agree that the answer is dependent on other factors. If the boyfriend has had at the minimum his second Hep B, then I'd say no, he will not be positive. The Hep B series is a 3-part deal and for all intents and purposes you're considered immune after the second injection but you must still complete the series.
