just work out arms 1-2 times a week. do some bicep curls, maybe hammer curls, do some tricep extensions, and some really really slow chinups. switch up the weight so that you can do anywhere from 4-12 reps. low reps heavy weight will build strength. high reps, low weight will build stamina. both needed for bball.
