72 x 90 flat is sufficient space to make 4 bedrooms etc as per your wish: it is better to consult a local Engineer: he will give you more models after visiting the site: it that you can select the Best: for interior to use the space very convenient and usefully: I hope the charges will be 1-2% of the construction cost:

Do you want to make flats or Dug well ! If you want to make flates give a proper measures of the plot that means Lenth & width of the plot.
