Yes,of course you can but you won't be able to see it.It WILL mix in with the water but because you can open your eyes under-water,The tears can come out!(You probably won't see them but that doesn't matter)

Well since you're asking. It depends on how deep you are down in the water. Would'nt take much water pressure to seal your tear ducts, so generally I would say no.

Yes.
Your tear glands are stimulated either by physical triggers (like onion) or emotional ones (from the brain). The emotional triggers still work underwater.

i would say yes i had a bad dream the other night and i was crying sobbing in my dream when i opened my eyes my face was saturated so i think the braincontrols that so yes i imagine so !!!you loon!!!haha joke
