Well, that will be less calories that you are taking in, so that can lead to weight loss for sure. A shot has about 100 - 150 calories in it (depending on how much your pour). So that's between 300 and 750 extra calories per day. That's an extra fast food hamburger or so. Think about it.

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

Weight Watchers attaches points to alcoholic beverages. I am a relatively fat man (6'2" and 330), I get 33 points a day - at 3 points a piece I can only have 10 drinks and were not talking large drinks, thats just a single rum and coke or equivalent. Drop the drinks will help drop the pounds.

You already take care of your food intake and do exercise it's a good point.
But now ask yourself why you're drinking Tequila at night, just for fun or beacause you can't sleep as something come back into your mind every evening ?
If that's for fun, just stop it and you'll lose weight, if that's for another reason, try to find what. Stress or other mind problems can cause that too.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

truth be told that alcohol , beer is very fattening and it decreases ur testosterone level resulting in estrogen increase which encourage ur body to gather more and more fat. And Fruits !! when losing fat, avoid fruits bcos they contains sugar and stuff which are fattening.
I am not sure what type of exercise you are currently doing.
To lose weight, the best thing is to do cardiovascular exercises like biking, jogging, walking at a fast pace ( the intensity should be high since you want to lose fat quick ) ...You are supposed to do them on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. The reason why we do it on an empty stomach is bcos u dont hav any food in ur body that it needs fuel to get energy for u to do that exercise.. Then, your body resorts to burning the body fat as a fuel. Do cardio for 40-45 mins 6-7 times a week. But, note this that cardio takes 30% and diet takes 70%. So eat 4-5 small meals a day which contains low carbs, high quality protein ( lean read meat such as chicken breast, nuts ( they hav good fats which make u lose bodyfat and good for general health ), beans, turky, tuna ) and lot of vegetables ( dont eat junk food like french fries or McDonal food or stuff ). By eating smaller meals more frequently the metabolism become fast and it help ur body put in an anabolic state which is good for losing fat. And avoid eating sugary food , sweets and the likes. Try to hav less stress ( just try to think that argument or whatever problem is not gonna kill u that you dont really hav to care much, for example). And try to get restful sleep around 7 hrs a day. SO, that is everything u hav to do. You will see the difference in 2-3 mths if u follow them strictly.

P.S.. make sure your breakfast is very nutritious,,, eat it right after u are done doing cardio. Good luck :)

Stop Drinking will definitely help you because firstly it is a sure fact that drinking increases weight, secondly, when you take alcohol you loose control over your body, so you also loose control over the amount of food you take in, and you take more amuont of food than normal

Depending on how much you are drinking, yes. It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat. So if you are drinking 500 calories of alcohol/night, seven days a week (which would be A LOT of alcohol), you'd lose a pound/week.

Yes. Alcohol contains complicated carbohydrates which are sugar. Your body breaks them down and turns them into fat. The more sugar you put in your system with out balancing it with protein, the fatter you will get.
Another thing to look at is your metabolism. I tmay have slowed down, requiring you to eat less. Try eating 4 -5 small meals throughout the day, and less at night. It will definitely reduce the fat you retain.
