Ok, I am looking for a good, healthy diet to get on. I don't have a lot of money or anything to buy the "South Beach Diet" or "Slim Fast" or stuff like that. I would like some examples or how you really diet your ownself.

For a good healthy diet, avoid all the "diets" out there.
It is really just a matter of eating in moderation and balance. Forget the gimmicks, just eat healthy. Do not completely deprive yourself of anything because that is simply not realistic. If you need a chocolate bar once in a while, try the halloween sized one for example.
You dont need alot of money to just eat a normal healthy diet. Determine how many calories you need based on your size etc, and try to stay somewhat close to it. At first it may be confusing to follow along, but you will get the hang of it and eventually it is second nature. There are many websites with nutritional info on all foods . Even restaurants (ie: www.dietfacts.com)

Below is an excellent article on losing weight and keeping it off without fast fad diets... Really just tells you how it is.

How about a detox cleansing diet? A detox cleansing diet helps you to remove toxins. It need not be expensive.

For some free information, here is a site that I found for you http://www.detox-cleansing-diet.com

This is the best I've heard of, they guarantee money back if no results, it shows how to burn fat and keep weight off permanently, all the secrets bodybuilders use, and the price is lower than you think. here is the link:
