I have a chronic neck or throat pain. It seems the pain is particularly in the adams' apple part (when in men) or it is the / in the bone or neckbone? It is affecting the right side making it a little bit tight and painful. It looks like my neck is "pinned / grasped / pushed" or the feeling is like when you put your four fingers in your frontal neck and pin/push it or simply grasp your neck. It's a strange feeling for i can't describe or hardly explain it. It is not so painful anyway for it is tolerable that i can do anything and i am fed up with this. I really want to get rid off it.

I've been to 2 ENT doctors but both found nothing specific condition/ disease. They just prescribed some meds. but still has no effect.

What's this and any remedies, cure, & or treatment please? I no longer want to see a doctor again if possibl. Please help??? Please???

Try a massage therapist. She can loosen the muscle causing the tightness.
