Is this a hypothetical question? Because my answers would differ if this is something that you are currently experiencing.
Well, let's say you met the woman of your dreams. If she was truly this, then you would have 0 desire to collect phone numbers.
Or, you would just be a greedy loser, if after meeting such a woman, still felt the need. That would just make you a dog.
Sometimes I think we put too much emphasis on social cues and rules....like really...who made up this stuff?
Be yourself, and let things naturally take their course.

yes you should. if you truly met the woman of your dreams, you need to talk to her and only her. dont be a player.
