As far as Epcot (which is more popular with adults than kids, though anyone can have a good time there) I agree with writergirl, dizneyfreak, Rastayogi, OhWhatCanIDo, Katlyn, and bj's answers with an emphasis on Askershus. Like bj said, the princesses hang out there. They only serve actual Norwegian food for lunch and dinner, and even then only to adults (kids order from this menu: http://allears.net/menu/menu_nork.htm ). As far as breakfast, from most of what I've heard the potato casserole leaves something to be desired but the cinnamon rolls are excellent. If your girls like the princesses (like my niece does) and you can get the reservation, this is a good choice.
Aside from that and the two restaraunts in the Land Pavillion (both already mentioned by others), the Coral Reef (in the newly-rechristened "Seas With Nemo" pavillion- you can watch the fish from there), San Angel Inn (in the fake Aztec temple in the Mexico pavillion- it's set up to simulate a Mexican riverside at night), Biergarten (in the Germany pavillion- a German buffet in a perpetual Oktoberfest), L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante (aka "Alfredo's", in the Italy pavillion), and Teppanyaki Dining Rooms (in the Japan Pavillion- a Benihana kind of place) are also recommended for children.

Check out the Uofficial Guide to Disney World by Bob Sehlinger or Birnbaum's Guide.
I like to eat small meals in the World Showcase at Epcot, that way you can try a different variety of dishes from around the world. At their ages they might want to be more adventurous and try new things. Norway has a good smorgasboard - Akershus -which was reasonably priced, or try France for dessert , French Bread and cheeses. The Rose and Crown for Fish and Chips and an "English Pub" feel. Germany has pretty good sausages and pretzels. I like Morrocco the best but kids might not like the food as much.
The Rain Forest Cafe is fun for kids, the food is okay.
Downtown Disney has tons of restaurants. I think Planet Hollywood would be a good choice.
Yeah, there's a McDonald's too~

Well, there is Sunshine Seasons in The Land - it's a food court with a sandwich shop, an Asian food shop (think Mongolian BBQ and stir-fry), a soup-and-sandwich-shop, a grill/rotisserie, a bakery, and a centralized cashier (you pay for everything there, not at each individual shop). Everyone's sure to find something they like there.
Also, you'll need reservations but Epcot hosts two different character meals. One is at Garden Grill in The Land for lunch and dinner (this features Mickey, Chip, and Dale dressed as farmers). The other is at Restaurant Akershus for breakfast, lunch or dinner (yes, all three, used to just be breakfast). No guarantee who exactly will be there when, but this one features several of the Disney Princesses, though Pocohantas, Mulan, and Mary Poppins (who aren't really princesses) are known to show up occasionally. If you're lucky, Ariel (in her human dress) might be there, too.

The meal plan is the best deal at Disney! Food is outrageously expensive there and the prices will leave you reeling.
Call Disney Dine as soon as you know where you want to eat and make reservations ahead of time or odds are, you wait for a table for a LONG LONG whiny when are we gonna eat time. They'll take your reservation months ahead of time.
And...
If you want to have an absolute blast, splurge on taking everyone to the Whoop Dee Do Review. An old fashioned vaudeville like show that will have the kids banging their spoons on the table and singing along keeping time a washboard. It's fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and beans -served by the cast members.
Sadly, it's not part of the meal plan.
Have a great time!

Have you already made the plans? Because when we went, we bought a meal plan (so that 2 meals a day were included) and it was a GREAT DEAL) because food was expensive. It included appetizer, non alcoholic drinks, main course and dessert and we just had to swipe the meal card and sign our name and it ended up saving us a lot of money. We still paid for tips with cash.
Anyway, Epcot is great because they have the different "countries" and so you can experience International foods foods in a non threatening way if you are normally not into them. French food in France, Japanese food in Japan, Fish and Chips in England. In "Downtown Disney" there are some good restaurants too-- A House of Blues, a restaurant owned by-- I think it's Emeril, and a Planet Hollywood.
We didn't eat in actual Disney-- we went back to Epcot to have another international meal.
If you have a chance, go see the Cirque de Soleil La Nouba in downtown Disney too. It is a little pricey, but it was fabulous!

Rebecca's suggestion of the Le Cellier at the Canadian pavillion in EPCOT is my suggestion too. My mom and I went there and they had the best burgers I have ever tasted. Other than that, RainForest Cafe at Downtown Disney is a good place to go as well.

Well, for EPCOT, I'm sure your daughters would love the Coral Reef Restaurant. It's a gorgeous restaurant at the Living Seas Pavilion, and all of the tables have a view of the aquarium. Some tables actually sit right next to the tank, so you can watch the fish and sharks and sometimes SCUBA divers swim around while you dine. The food's wonderful, too! There's great seafood for the adults. The fried calamari was the best I've ever had. The N.Y. strip steak was excellent as well. For dessert, the whole family has to try the Chocolate Wave dessert. It's amazing! Your daughters will really love this restaurant.

My other favorite restaurant at EPCOT is Le Cellier Steakhouse. It was voted the Best Restaurant at EPCOT. It's a really nice restaurant and it's suitable for children. They serve the best filet mignons! Their appetizers and desserts are good, too. I enjoyed the P.E.I mussels served chowder-style for my appetizer and the maple creme brulee for dessert.

These are some of my other favorite restaurants around Walt Disney World that would be suitable for your daughters...
Rainforest Cafe @ Disney's Animal Kingdom Park
Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano @ the Disney-MGM Studios
Tony's Town Square @ the Magic Kingdom
And every Resort on property has numerous restaurants suitable for families with children.
Hope I could help! Have fun!

Rose and Crown in England! Get the "Sticky Toffee Pudding." It is to die for. Make reservation so that you can see the fireworks show at dinner. Great place to view the fireworks
There's also a place in MGM that's a 50s diner (can't remember the name). The waitress calls everyone kids, boys are called "Skippy, tells them to sit up straight, eat your vegetables. It's like yo are back in Mom's kitchen in the 50s. It's got the black & white TVs and nagahide. It's really fun!
