I feel Mohammad had a false dream...........and now they are waiting for Mahdi. To me much of what Mahdi will do parallels the anti-Christ.
But as far as "End Times"..........no one knows when and I think it's sad that so many are focused on this "rapture" thing when all should just be walking in the way of the Lord and following his commandments.
Enjoy life that God gave you and walk in his ways.
Peace be with you.
The Apocalypse Of Saint John
Chapter 22
16 I Jesus have sent my angel, to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and stock of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the spirit and the bride say: Come. And he that heareth, let him say: Come. And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely. 18 For I testify to every one that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book: If any man shall add to these things, God shall add unto him the plagues written in this book. 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from these things that are written in this book. 20 He that giveth testimony of these things, saith, Surely I come quickly: Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.
21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Actually us muslims believe that he was mentioned by Jesus pbuh under the name Ahmed which has the same meaning as the name mohammed, but we also believe that the bible which christians use today is false and has been changed by unfaithfull followers of Jesus and that alot of it is people's words not god's, so that is why he is not mentioned in "the bible of today". It wasn't because he was born after Jesus pbuh. I mean how could that be when god wrote all the holy books the Bible, Quran, Torah..etc.Knowing what would be coming in the future. God knows all.

Muhammad is the author of the Koran. The Koran and the Bible are the same story until Sarah conceives. Hagar, Sarah's handmaiden, was carrying Abraham's "illegitimate" child. Sarah thinking that God was wrong and that she was too old to conceive, gave her to Abraham. Once Issac, Sarah's child, was born Hagar was sent away. That is where the Koran picks up the story of Hagar. That is the split occurs between the Bible and the Koran.

The Bible was written before he was born and Jews and Christians do not feel he was a prophet (just as Jews do not feel Jesus was the Messiah, so they do not follow the New Testament).

Explains why Islam has the benefit of both early Jewish history & Chtistian History.....They have rewritten history to suit their argument...hundreds & sometimes thousands of years after the actual events..eg they believe Abraham went to sacrifice Ishmael..not Isaac....where did they get that from? Certainly not the written records that well & truly preceded Islam.

Mohammed lived some 400 or 500 years after the New Testament was written, so it makes sense he would not appear in either the jewish Torah or the christian Bible.

perhaps it's a simple matter of time. Whether on considers the Jewish bible or the Christian bible, each was 'closed' to new content long before muhammed was ever a twinkle in his great-great-great-great-grandfather's eye.

Hello all. It does actually say that Muhammed will be coming for the whole of mankind in the bible. e.g.Isisah had a vision that 1stly Jesus would come and 2ndly Muhammed would come riding a camel to lift the burden upon arabia.
Also gospel of st barnabus- which is now unaccepted by christians - it says Muhammeds name and his coming.
In Deuteronomy 18, Moses stated that God told him: “I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.” (Deuteronomy 18:18-19). - Obviously Muhammed.
Lastly i advise you. It says in Deuteronomy 18, “If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.” (Deuteronomy, 18:19).
Thanks

because the bible only has truth in it. NOT false prophets. If his message was from god, Im sure god would have added another book to the bible. Time excuse is weak.
