working out in the morning will kick your metabolism up for the entire day and cause your body to burn more calories then if you do it at night. earlier the better!! also, eat more frequently with smaller portions this will help your body burn calories more efficently.

It's best to workout after your meals. If you workout on an empty stomach you will burn muscle instead of body fat. But keep in mind that it is good to wait anywhere from twenty minutes to a half hour after your meal before you workout. This will allow your body to digest the food and will help prevent you from getting a side ache.
Personally I would suggest that you workout for an hour in the morning and getting your heart rate up vs. working out twenty min after every meal.

The correct way of working is before meals, but not with full hunger, After meals the blood circulation to the stomach increases and the body feels like taking rest, hence it is best to work before meals.

I don't think it really matters when you workout as long as you do it. I myself would prefer to workout when I don't have an empty stomach. If you are hungry, chances are you will rush through the workout so you can eat. I wouldn't eat very heavy before the workout and wait about an hour after you eat. I don't think workout out multiple times a day is necessary as you will be overtraining. 1-2 workouts max a day is all you need.

never work out on an empty stomach. but don't work out after every meal, it's a waste of time. just make sure you have an intense workout where you get your heart rate up and maintain it for about 20-30 mins. people make the mistake of working out for long periods of time, but they take it easy so they don't get that heart rate going.

it is always the best idea to eat nutritious meal right after a workout since ur body is in need of nutrients regardless of whether you are trying to gain or lose weight. If you are trying to lose weight, you should workout on an empty stomach, but if you are trying to gain weight, eat 30-45 mins bfore workout. ( no matter what ur goal is, dont forget to eat healthy meal right after da workout ).

So, this should be how it is;

gain weight - eat 30-45 mins bfore workout and eat right after da workout.

lose weight - eat nothing during 2-3 hrs bfore workout and eat right after da workout. ( eat less carbs in the evening )

there would be some advantages to before. Once you eat, a significant portion of your blood is needed to support digestion, and if you interrupt this, the food might not digest properly. (An elliptical probably would not be vigorous enough to cause a problem, but better safe than sorry)

I work out right after I get up, before breakfast. Just the thought of using a treadmill on a full stomach makes my stomach hurt.

I just started - I'm proud of myself - it's been a whole 4 days so far. (This is a pat on the back because I'm proud of myself! ;)

If you do an hour workout session each day.......do a half an hour before dinner and a half after dinner. Balance it out.
If you do a big workout after dinner, you will get a cramp. Its nasty! So balance it out! xxx
