im a 23 year old male..my weight goes up and down. from 165 Ibs to 183 Ibs is the most i ever weighed...how can i put on extra pounds?? i eat alot..i tried weight gain formula.. but still i havent gona past 182 Ibs..what should i do? i wanna reach atleast 200 Ibs

I suppose you are tall not to be satisfied with 182 lbs ... Then, you should think about hitting the gym.... of course, it is possible to gain weight just by eating more and more , but it will just be fat and u would not like it in the end.

It might help to know how tall you are. If you are 5'8 and trying to reach 200 lbs. then I would say stay like you are. Some factors come itno play here. At your age, your metabolism could be kinda fast and preventing you from gaining weight. My husband could eat and eat and never gain more than 5 lbs. My brother is the same way and he tried the weight gainers without success. Working out will boost your metabolism too. Are you lifting weights and such? I don' see why worry about gaining weight. Stay slim and be proud of it.

As long as you're at a healthy weight, you shouldn't worry about it. If you still want to gain weight though, I suggest you talk to your doctor.
