ALL your emotions are hardwired into you genetically. They are all survival instincts from when we were cavemen. Fear/ fight or flight etc but some of the triggers are socialized or indoctrinated; You feel anxious when about to do something wrong; But your sense of right and wrong is taught to you by society (If you're always stab your friends in the back you'll end up with no friends) or intentionally by someone (teachers still used the cane when I started school when you were 'naughty'). Then there are some who love that anxious feeling get a kick out of it and some who have no choice but to obey. More socialization, experiance and reaction to it.

I am emotions on legs haha! I feel them very deeply and it's usually to do with my intuition. When I do have the conditioned responses, I find myself analysing them and questioning them at every angle...

I do try to be very aware of myself and others...my goal is to try and better myself as a human being. I have along way to go!!

You ask excellent questions, really makes one think. Thank you.

Now that I think about, I don't really feel most of my emotions, anger, sadness and say, fear. I don't really feel them in the way I think you're describing so much as react to the fact that I know what has just happened would make me angry or sad. Does that make sense? No? Is confusion an emotion? I feel.

i heard the best way to answer a problem is to feel your answer, someone said, what do you feel ? and i said, i think that...blah blah and she say, no i didnt say what do you think, i said what do you FEEL ? i was like, whats the difference ? but the difference is massive....
we put words to our feelings to explain them or understand them...but its the feeling that you should listen to, if something FEELS wrong, it is- 100% of the time.
Thats intuition.

I am oblivious to most emotions .... this is probably due to conditioning as a child... and stereotypical male behaviour....
