So you are concerned because your female likes to move side to side? First: how are you sure it's the female? Without a Blood test for sexing one way you can guess the female from the male is when you actually see her lay an egg, and/or the male usually have the prettier astounding colored feathers to attract a mate in the wild. Second : it may just be doing a mating dance to attract attention..lots of animals do this Third: it could just be bored and exercising a bit....maybe try some different chew toys...Birds love to chew and they love bell...I wouldn't worry too much about the side to side movement as it may look silly like your bird may have gone off the deep end, but this behavior is not uncommon..Good luck..
