i need to know who the artis is and i dont read japanese so does anyone know any website i can try for this information

Go to your nearest Japanese restaurant and ask if someone could translate for you. Seems you just need someone that can read and interpret the signature. Here are a few sites that claim they can help.

Remember, it might not be an accurate translation as there are many ways to write the same thing in Japanese. Also, traditional Japanese art will not have a "signature" as they keep anything human out of the art...including images of people (god like images that take human form are different), finger prints, etc.
