Ok there is ths guy at my church that i really like and i know that he likes me to but he will not ask me out and it is soooooo annoying what can i do to help the process along

Try to meet him socially away from the church - maybe when you are alone it will be easier.

Ask him out. it will definitely speed things up. Or hint that you want him to ask you out so that he gets the picture. If worst comes to worst. Tell him there is another guy that you may be interested in because the other guy isn't doing anything to make you think that he wants to be with you.

flirt a little and ask him if he has plans for a specific day and then ask him to join you for lunch or a movie. don't be shy because obviously he is. you make the first move if you as absolutely positive that he likes you.

Be really flirty, he may be afraid you dont like him clear his doubts, make it obvious you like him, and as i guy i can tell you we dont pick up hints well so you really got to make it obvious
