Portable oven that can cook faster than a conventional oven. Instruction book very limited on recipes so would like some more information.

I think you need to be brave and experiment! If it's a small oven, you'll only be dealing with small amounts of food, so try adapting some tried and tested recipes, and see what happens! Bon appetite!

Meringues: 3 egg whites 8oz (200g) sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1. Preheat oven to 130C 2. Whisk egg whites. 3. Add sugar. 4. Add cocoa. 5. Put greaseproof paper on some baking trays. 6. Dollop or pipe meringue mix onto the trays. 7. Bake for 1h 30 min. Chocolate mousse: 6oz (150g) chocolate (any kind but dark works best), in little pieces 3oz (75g) butter 3 eggs 3 tablespoons sugar 1. Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. 2. Take off heat. 3. Separate eggs. Mix the yolks with the chocolate and put egg whites in a different bowl. 4. Whisk egg whites and add sugar. 5. add egg whites to chocolate. 6. Put into ramekins. 7. Put in fridge for 3 hours. P.S. Doesn't use oven but extremely yummy.
