Iron deficiency? Vitamin Deficiency? Stress? Please go and talk with your primary care physician and rule out that this one distressing problem isn't a symptom of an even larger health issue.
If there is not a medical explanation there are some over the counter hair regrowth serums that you can pick up at the local drug stores.
Until then, what kind of brush are you using? Are you over styling, blow-drying, hot ironing, and colouring (basically processing) your hair. Without intensive conditioning treatments, over styling can cause breakage.
Remember (for a while) Nutragena Shampoo, deep hot oil conditioning treatments, and air dry at all times! Hope all works out:-)

I think go to check your blood is the first thing you should do, there are many reasons for hair loss you might have something unexpected because hair loss might be a sign of another illness.
In my case, I just found out that I have anemia after i got my blood test,...but before i found these sings; I lost weight, hair fall, get tired easily..etc
you might have nothing to worry about anemia if you are a man but taking biotin will help you grow your hair back. and go check with your doctor is the best thing to do.

Try some non-prescription treatments, such as minoxidil. Also use some hair products that nourishes the scalp, such as Hairobics All Natural (currently what I'm using), Nioxin, etc.
I created a website to share my experience with hair loss and help others. Click below.

I suggest you see a doctor. You could have a nutrition problem, (some vitamins could be missing in your body). Stress can be a source of hair loss also.
Last option look at your family. If your father is bald, most likely you could become bald. It could be hereditary

Every person loses about 350 hairs a day. If you have an abnormal shedding, this could indicate something like thyroid trouble and you need to see a doctor.
