Auto Repo letter?

I typed up a repo letter and I am unsure of what signatures should be at the botton. There is a spot for " Authorized Representatives Signature & Title" WHO WOULD THAT BE???

If you are Sally Smith, and the legal owner of the car, it would be "Sally Smith, Legal Owner"

If you are an employee of the finance company, it would be "Sally Smith for Shady Loans"

If it's your friend Bob Jones who is the actual legal owner, it would be "Sally Smith, representing Bob Jones"

The legal owner of the car and/or their representative.
