Call your credit card company and tell them that your card has been stolen and you would like a new number and card issued. Cancel that other card imediately.
How people find this info is not hard. You can even buy a social security number here on the web for $28.oo, so the ways are numerous !!!

If you even think someone has that information, cancel the card immediately. Save yourself a lot of headaches by just wondering if they are going to use it.
