You could make some fairy cakes or butterfly cakes or any type of cakes with those ingredients.. you can use icing sugar in place of normal sugar although it is best to use caster sugar if you have it, if the butter runs out you can make icing with icing sugar and a few drops of water, hope that helps and have fun...

Shortbread Finger Biscuits

225g soft butter
50g icing sugar
225g plain flour

Put the ingredients in a bowl and rub in the butter with your fingers. Knead together with your hand until it forms a soft mixture. Put mixture in a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe into bars. Bake at 160c for about 20 minutes (tinged golden brown at edges). Leave to cool for a minute before removing them to a cooling rack.

Makes about 30 fingers.
