Some suggestions that may work
1.- Keep a notebook next to your bed to write down your dreams as soon as you wake up, you have to write them straight away or you forget them
2.- Put the alarm a little bit earlier, then if you still want to sleep readjust it 10 minutes, or 15, then just jump out of the bed
3.- Ask your boyfriend to wake you up, if you don't have one you can get one
4.- As soon as you get out of bed wash your face with cold water, that helps a lot!!!
5.- You have to analyze if you don't want to wake up because you don't want to get out of your house, why? probably you don't like what you do? if that's the case, then change your job!!

it prob depends on when you wake up, or how comfortable you are in your bed. I sleep from 10:30-6:30 and sometimes i sleep through up to 3-5 alarms. It mainly depends on how much sleep you get

Do like I do and put your alarm clock on the opposite side of the room. That way, you have to get up to go turn it off. Or you could try going to bed earlier.

Sleep needs vary greatly from person to person. Try to get more. Try to get a little more exercise. take some "B" vitamin supplement (Nutritional yeast in v-8 juice is good) maybe take melatonin before bed. Is your room dark? is the mattress comfortable?

You don't say what time your alarm goes off - but try going to be earlier and see if it helps.

You may need to check your iron and your potassium they may be low.May be you could take some iron supplements that may help. And then again what are you doing just before you go to bed at night? That could have something to do with it.
