There use to be a time when a man wanted to take his time getting to know you...He'd wine and dine you until he's won your heart over and then your his and his only.

Now you can barely get a cheese burger out of them lessmore a date... It's either straight to the no tell motel or his or your place and he's off for the next hunt.

I've had serveral situations like that and they usually only want to come out after 12am and you know what that's about "BTY call" they could at least bring a snack or something... and soon as it's over it's like "I gotta bounce babe!"

I flip the script one day, I invited this fella over stripped at the door and as soon as it was over, hopped up and said, "You ain't gotta go but you gots to get the hell up out of here!" as I got dressed and stood at the door. "He thought I was kidding but I wasn't, he got upset and said, "you ain't gonna hold me or nothing, we can't cuddle?" They don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot do they?

Let me reprase that...I am speaking in general here! I've been cele bate for three years now...I am really speaking for my friends who continuosly have those experiences in which they convey to me on a daily basis...The incident with my last guy friend was relationship which I ended at the door as pay back for his insensivity towards my needs in general. But still I encounter men like that as well and they label me as a dike from not giving it up in which I'm not "I'm just selective in my choices and don't play the hit and quit it game."

Why are you allowing yourself to be used? I know I am old fashioned but no one is going to buy the cow if the milk is free! If saying No to a roll in the hay makes him move on, be thankful that he will no longer be in your life. From now on, when a guy asks to come over at midnight, tell him to get lost. Yes, you may be lonely for a while but eventually you will meet someone who actually wants a real relationship with you. School, work, church. All good places to meet good people. Stay out of the bars and singles clubs. And for heavens sake, dont do internet dating. Good luck.

Have you seen shows on TV like "Elimadate" and "5th Wheel"? Old fashion is old and gone. Now we have "Girls Gone Wild", Internet porn and Hooters girls with fake boobs and tons of make up. Guys are just as horny now as they were in the "old days", but the girls are way more eager to get a guy that some will practically beg to be screwed on the spot. And they don't seem to care sometimes. It's like they're trying to outsex other girls to get a boyfriend at any cost. So the old way will get you labeled as lame and unattractive...for both male and female.

I like the old way, but it has cost me lots of dates with some really cool looking girls. Maybe if I'm a "bad boy" I'd get laid more...which is not what I'm looking for, really.

There are those who still date in the old ways but if you attracting only those there for sex, you are not meeting the right people and will not until you start demanding a relationship before sex and meeting guys who also want that.

You date the wrong men. I have never let myself get into that kind of situation where I end up in bed on the first date. I have more self respect than that so if it looks like it is heading that way then I skidaddle. You don't have to "earn" your cheeseburger.
