I saw some pictures of my gf when we first met: She's about 15 pounds lighter, smiling more and hot!

And what about you kiddo? Are still trim and buff? Were you ever trim and buff and "hot"?

Look in your mirror before you dis your gf.

And since when is looking "hot" a criterea for rating the "worth" of a girlfriend?

Don't tell her SHE needs to do something b/c although SHE does it may turn her into feeling insecure about it. What I did was tell her that we should go for walks after dinner together. Maybe both of you should go on a diet. The better she thinks she looks the larger her smile will be.

I'm having the same problem. As soon as she got "the ring" she started to let herself go: Gaining weight, losing intrest in nightly activities, going out, and with gaining a huge attatude. She's actualy admitted to it and that it's all related. She is wanting to work on it.

It is just like fishing. You dangle the bait and wait for the fish to bite. Then you slowly reel it in just giving an occasional tug to keep the hook secure. Once you have in the boat you just lock it up in the ice chest where it will slowly freeze without ever even knowing it. Guess she doesn't feel the need to dangle any more bait since you have obviously been in the ice chest for a while.

She got comfortable with you becuz she was off the market.
The best way to solve this problem is to make subtle hints like "wow, those clothes sure used to be loose, have you tailored them into form fitting?"
After sly, subtle comments like this, it is generally best to have some type of comfortable jogging shoes on and then go for about a 30 minute run... as fast as you can!

maybe shes unhappy and eatin gmore or is too busy with work or family to take the time out to properly tak care of herself. u shouldnt be so judgemental without knowin the truth of the situation. believe women dont wanna put on weight especially when they have a man to tend too. maybe u should suggest joinin a gym together or find out why shes gained weight but ask her in a polite manner so u dont get punched in the face or deprived of sex for a couple of weeks!lol

Hmmm...It's not only women, because ever since our marriage my husband has gained 20 lbs, and we've only been married since November, and believe me it's not my cooking, cause I'm busy with work. So it's his junk food junkie habits making him this way, he just don't worry about it like he should. I'm afraid he's going to continue to get bigger and when I suggest to him that he start working out again he's like I don't have to worry about it until April.

I think somehow my b/f probably ask the same q you just did.

I think its because we females become so use to the relationship & use the the guy!!!!!!!!

We become comfortable with ourselves.

God I think i just explained the q to my b/f

& also we tend to become so use to you men that we don't feel the need to dress up & be that cut sexy chick anymore

well...girls try sooo hard to get a guy-they make sure their hair is GREAT, get into shape, an many more things.......but once they find a guy that they are comfortable with they dont feel like they need to focus so much on how they look- cuz arent you spost to love them for who they are.....? not the way they look....???
