There's a debate that started in the office this afternoon as we were all eating ou r Mcflurrys.
Ya know the stupid white lid thing that comes with it and has the tiny hole with spoon popping out?
Well I take it off so I can get a big scoop of ice cream, but the girls here seem to say I'm SUPPOSED to leave the lid on and struggle to get any ice cream out at all let alone make u look like a bloody thick idiot as u try and scoop around the sides holding the spoon like pencil! DUH!
I thought the lid was just there for transporting the mcflurry until u ready to eat it, or that they use the lid when they are making it??
Please can I have ur answers whether (and why) you think the lid should come off / stay on!!??

I always take the lid off! It prevents optimum access to the good stuff...the McFlurry of course! And then I stir it around, especially if it is a smarties one cause it makes it look att pretty with the colours swirling into the icecream!! I hope u win the debate! Off is the best and (in my opinion) the only way to go!

I take the lid off. It's easier to get the ice cream out. But I still eat it slowly, to avoid the brain freeze. It doesn't make sense to try to get the ice cream out through the little hole in the lid!

You are bad people. MacDonalds use ground up babies in all their burgers. The ice cream has nothing bad in it though apart from Johnny no-stars' spit.
I'd take the lid off. Once you're finished, eat the lid as well, it can't be any worse for you than the sugar you've already eaten.

How do I eat mine:
(1) Lid off - much too faffy trying to get at the ice cream with it on. I always thought it was there just to keep it from going everywhere when the 16 year old assistant managers in McD's are trying to make them.
(2) Far too quickly - I always end up with brainfreeze

No one should eat a McFlurry - they are disgustingly fattening, sugary, and unhealthy and have an obscene number of calories.
