Nope, nobody likes to "wait around." Tell him how you feel and see what happens. If he is still acting confused, move on. There are too many guys to be worrying about a "snail."

some people are simply lost in their own world, and don't operate the way we would like them to. That does not mean they are not worth the effort, but that is what it may take on your part - a little more effort. If you really want to see him again, take the intuitive, give him your number with a comment such as "I hope you make good use of this" or better yet, ask him out. It doesn't have to be formal, just say there is a movie you'd like to see, and you were wondering if he'd like to go with. Some people are so shy, they need someone to break the ice and make things more comfortable for them. But, if you find that after awhile that he is still so ho hum about the idea of dating you, then it would be time to move on.

Go ahead and go with him and see how is works. If he likes you then he will ask you for your number instead of you having give it to him with out him asking you for it. Your right nobody likes to wait but sometimes you have to wait on or for something or someone.

he may be embarrassed because he forgot to get your number. it probably took all his nerve to ask you out. why not call him and say " I just realized that I forgot to give you my number are you still interested" could be because you didn't offer it to him he figured you were just being nice and didn't really want to go out with him. what have you got to lose? Sounds like he really likes you and took his time asking you out because he didn't want to risk a turn down from you, but then his attraction for you won out and he found his nerve. Good Luck

he is just nervous
he likes you so much that he doesn't want to do anything to drive you away (even though he is)
you should try to set the pace and see where it goes from there

Ya I hate those types of guys.
What you do is find another guy cuter, and wave him in the first guys face, to show that you aren't waiting for him.

if you love him with the bit of you heart
be patient isn't a big deal
but i don't think so
and if he loves you back
you really have to wait so long
in the end, you know better than me
