that's specially the smell of the acrylic liquid monomer they dip the comb in earlier they dip it contained in the powder to do the pretend nails. Acetone really isn't that strong of a smell, notwithstanding it substances to it. Acrylic is the most efficient smelling chemical contained in the nail salon.
