It would be considered either an employee business expense or as a business expense for a self-employed person. The only way it would qualify for the non-exotic dancer would be if it were prescribed by a doctor, otherwise it is elective surgery and would not be a qualified medical expense.
You would have to have income earned from being an exotic dancer to deduct this, you couldn't just say you were preparing to be a dancer.

Anything you do for work that you pay out of pocket is deductible, like if you have to buy your own uniform or special shoes or whatever. So I suppose it makes some sense that breast implants might be like part of the uniform for an exotic dancer.

Technically, no. It is considered cosmetic not a requirement for the job nice try but unless the auditor has a thing for big breasts you might wantto save up those tips or maybe it is covered under that health plan youhear of HMO( Horny Men Oggaling) They might help cover the expense..

For an exotic dancer, could be considered a work-related expense. that doesn't mean that it can be taken by anyone who has that surgery.
