In the alphabet and in scrabble dictionaries. They seem to think Q can be substituted for K and sometimes C. For example they substitute the K in Kat for Q making it Qat; for those of you who are unaware, a Kat is an evergreen shrub. No Hasbro did not put slang drug terms in their game & dictionary.

when u is used in a word that doesn't have a q in it
everyone keeps assuming your question includes the work "followed" after "NOT",
but since you haven't corrected your question, you must stand by your question.
