Obviously, accepting the ticket and do the arguing before the Judge!
For whatever reasons, people feel they can lie or deceive people without considering how ridiculous their deception is.
Even watching some video's provided to the public...media OFTEN edits those police video's you see for the sensationalism which means more viewers for their network and more money (capitalism at it's best!) in their pockets. Sadly, many aspects and facts of the video are left out but may be the most important part of the video/story that the officer used in his best judgement resulting in his actions. The general public doesn't always see these things!
After reading several other posts here...one has to remember there are ALWAYS three sides to every story....yours...theirs...and the truth!

What you see and hear on the news and in newspapers are ONLY bad stories out of all the millions of police officers you only seem to hear about the bad stories. There are good peace officers out there more so then bad ones. I think it is our duty as american citizens to cooperate with our police forces. I dout the officer shot him for no reason maybe what the clip didnt show was the man reached for a gun? Personally I'd have cooperated. But like my mom us to always tell me "if it comes down to my life or theirs, I'll be the one coming home"

it is a sad time for EVERYONE involved when someones life is taken, no matter what side of the gun you are on. I am sure that there are more to this story then what we see. That being said, yes it would save lives, heartache and pain, if people were just plain nicer to each other and not just jerks from the get go. That refers to all sides of the law.

Makes ya wonder where peoples heads are at. I don't understand why people fight tickets. If you are wrong you own up to it and accept it and move on with life. Like the old song goes "I fought the law and the law won". Happens every time doesn't it?
