I've been in a relationship for about 6 months with this guy, he's everything I want and it is getting pretty serious. The only problem we have is that he is here in the U.S. illegally. I know that if we marry he can get his papers but I am not ready to get married. What do I do? Break it off or wait to see if the government catches on. I am new to this kind of stuff so let me know.

well for starters i can tell que eres mexicana and i got the same problem pero look if u really wanna be with him then u shouldnt care just be with him and don be scared for him to get deported cuz as long as he don do anything bad he aint got no problem! just chill for a while i dont see any problem with him being illegal. so ya esta si necesitas algo hit yur girl erika up! suerte!!

Dont end the relationship unless you feel you are putting yourself or others in danger, you love the guy (or atleast you 2 are getting serious) try and make it work, you dont have to get married, what if you two both went over to where he is from until you were ready to get married.

Well girl if you really love this guy then why the hell can't you marry him? You ask if you should wait for the government to catch on.Do you really want to see him behind the bars?Anyways whatever you do but don't vacillate.There is a lot more than love on stake.

Just marrying him doesn't mean he will get his papers. It doesn't work that way. You'd better check on that one! What's the big deal? Haven't you heard how easy it is to be in this country illegally? If they send him back, just wait til he returns in a few weeks like the rest of his relatives.

i wouldn't get married to him just so he can stay in the country. it is not a good idea besides u haven't know him long enough. do not let his status in the country affect your relationship just concentrate on having a good relationship while it lasts. take care and don't get hurt.

six months into a relationship is way to early........and are you really willing to marry him just so he can have papers and be here legally....he needs to do what is right and get himself legal...........
