how do u start a rel;ashionship with a guy u only saw at a swim meet looking at u everytime u looked at him and he goes to another school and i barely know him but at the swim meet i felt a connection!
and i cant get him out of my mind because of the connection i felt we got when we looked at each other
should i start something or give up?
one of my friends goes to the same school as him and i think she knows him

your friend is they key to set it up, but just ask her to ask him to go out and kick it, you should start off as a group outting, when you see him say something like "hey i saw you at the swim meet, i remember.." blah blah and then take it from there.

If you think that the 2 of you felt a connection, I say go for it girl.
If you see him at swim meets just start flirting with him, let him know you feel something for him.
That will open the door for him to feel confident in asking you out.
If you don't see him & your friend knows him...see if she can give him your number.

Ask your friend about him and see if he is interested in meeting you just take a chance. Or find out more about him first see if he is dating and if he is a player or something find out the facts first then persue him.

be brave and start something but maby try being bestfriends first and get to know him first, then try to move in to a romantic relationship. DONT TRY TO RUSH IT just take your time and listen to your heart. but in the end its all up to you what you wanna do no one can tell you.
