Does Hinduism permits masturbation?

A Hindu myth from India described the phallic god Shiva being masturbated by Agni, the god of fire, who swallowed his semen. Agni then gave birth to Skanda, a god of male beauty.
But Hinduism has thousands of Gods and Goddesses....and myths also.....it is difficult to understand what Hindus believe?

Hinduism or any other religion does not permits iilcit sex its wrong it makes you involve which lends you into the cycle of karma. So don't fellow this perctice .

Hinduism is not a code of conduct....it is more about philosophy/spirituality.....so your Q can not be answered with Hinduism in mind.

you are confusing relegion with human habits or conducts.
KAMASASHTRA started from India so I believe there is no objection in any sort of sexual affairs in hinduism
