i don't understand... i've abstinate from sex for 3 years, yet i keep thinking about the times when i have done it with my ex.. why am i like this?

Human natture.....hormones....once you have had it I think it is harder but 3 years you are doing good girl wait till you meet the real mr right it will be worth it.....

You're normal.....geez if you can't be horny then you would be classified as "abnormal frigid".....i bet even nuns in a convent get horny at times, we're all human. Girl you need to let off some steam maybe that will clear yr head a bit more.

most people have the urge for their entire life, it never goes away, never
I have it all the time, that's why I get so much, and some from young to older than my mom, yes I can't stop
it is inside everyone, some use it more than others but we all have the urge
i do have to do it many times a day, and not by myself either

Human beings are sexual creatures by nature. If you've abstained for three years, it's no wonder you keep getting aroused. If you still aren't interested in an intimate relationship, Take care of things yourself. There's nothing shameful or immoral about pleasing yourself. Have a little "me" time a couple times a week. you'll feel better for it.
