That saying is very old, and the others told what it means.
I would just caution you that your street creds are going to be
reduced everytime someone over the age over 3 hears that
come from you...
I would say something like "all hail Caesar" and then point at yourself. It's an old saying also, but it's not as played out.

It was a saying back in the 1920s and 30s in the days of the Charleston dance and it rhymed. Bees don't have "knees" per say, they have joints on their legs.
It simply meant it was a good thing.

If I were you, I'd avoid calling myself the bee's knees. It's a tad self-congratulatory to say so with anything but the greatest irony.
It says, "I am fantastic!" and really, would you want to hang out with that guy?
