If you're worried about being accused of harassment, you should be fine as long as you only ask once, but if she says no, just drop it--don't bring it up anymore. You might just ask her out for a cup of coffee after work, or something else that is purely platonic. If you find out from that that she is not interested, you've not really risked anything.

Does the girl show any interest in you? There would be signs if she does, regardless if it is at work. Perhaps, during a break, you can ask her for a date and see what happens.

I know exactly how you feel, but be a man and just talk to her. If your a bit shy email her and ask her if she'd like to go a drink with you sometime.

Forget about it. You don't want a sexual harassment case brought against you if she doesn't like you back.
