God created the universe. To create man from the dust is a simple thing and God certainly doesn't need a woman to do this just as Mary didn't need a man to be the Mother of Christ Jesus. I know your question was meant to be a taunting to God but I will give you a reasonable answer anyway. God is God! We can't place God within our limitations and think He needs the same as us in the plan of His universe.
By the way, according to the Bible God created the earth and man in 6 days. There are 3 different earth ages described in the Bible. A day in God's eternal life may have been millions of our years. Time means nothing in eternity. This all happened before and during the creation of the universe and a day is different in each planet in the universe. So how long is a day in eternity?

God and Jesus are the same, though Jesus is the son of God in symbolic terms. Jesus always existed because Jesus is God and God is Jesus. God father simply send his son form (verb) to accomplish the word of God father. God plays the role of both father and mother, though He doesn't have sex genre, we just attribute Him as
"He,father" because God established that the first human (male) should be the leading individual because of strenght he should use by working outdoor and the woman the second leading in terms, so we see God as father because we have learned that the father of the house is the "Boss" and we go to our daddy.

Jesus is not gods son. he's one of the prophet in Islam history. god is god, the creator. why christian say that Jesus is son of god? it doesn't make any sense..
